Step 1: Personal Consultation
To craft your perfect journey, we invite you to share your travel style, preferences, and unique interests. Please complete the form below, and we will be in touch within 24 hours.
Once received, you’ll enjoy a personalized
30-minute consultation to refine every detail and ensure a seamless, bespoke experience.
Step 2: Customized Itinerary
Upon receipt of a nominal Proposal Planning Fee - the design process takes 7–10 business days to ensure every detail is seamlessly planned.
Based on your preferences, we will craft a bespoke proposal tailored to your vision. Our initial proposal will include curated accommodations, recommended activities, transport and other details necessary for the trip.
Step 3: Curate Experience
Once your proposal is refined (with up to 3 complimentary edits), and final travel options are selected, we will handle all bookings and provide you with detailed confirmations and documents to ensure a flawless journey. We'll also assist with securing restaurant reservations, spa appointments, event tickets or additional services you wish to include.
Prior to your departure, we’ll provide you with a custom travel guide - offering essential details about your destination such as, entry requirements, travel insurance, language tips, packing guidance, climate, electrical plugs, cultural norms, and more.
Step 4: In-Destination Support
Two weeks prior to your departure, your finalized custom itinerary in digital, PDF format. In addition, we will provide you guidance for downloading our Trip Plans app to access your itinerary for effortless travel.
For your peace of mind, throughout your journey, we monitor flight schedules and stay in touch to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our team is in constant contact with our trusted partners, ready to assist at any moment - in addition we provide ongoing support to ensure your safety and comfort every step of the way.
